Xelas Alliance has gone through a period of re-birth over the past few months. To symbolise our achievements thus far the leadership commissioned the construction of a monumental outpost. This is to act as a reminder to all of the past and what is to come.
I have the pleasure to inform the EVE community that our project in PNQY-Y is complete.

EDIT. The above is an objective statement, carries no disrespect to CHIMP whatsoever as i personnally got nothing against them.
Since I'm an Ex-Member of HASTE, left because of how bad the lead is in HASTE.
HASTE stole multiple items from CHIMP, which included outposts....to which HASTE lead even admitted too.
But hey, hope your stolen outposts work well for you. Fly safe.
I know nothing of stolen outposts. All I know is I built this one in empire myself after buying all the relevant components. Thanks for your post. If there are any stolen outposts in CHIMP, I certainly havent seen any.
